Chief of Police Todd Blish's Background
Chief Blish retired as a Major with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol in October of 2021 and started in his position on November 1st, 2021. Blish had over 11 years of command level leadership and has over 33 years of Law Enforcement experience in Oklahoma. He was a graduate of the 248th session of the FBI National Academy in 2012 and received a Master’s Degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma in 2015.
Chief Blish leads with the philosophy that “Exceptional results are the net sum of exceptional people working together to do hard things for the right reasons.”
Chief Blish "I am looking forward to serving both the community as well as the members of Bixby Police Department as we work together to protect our community and move forward. I will make it my mission to bring people together for a common purpose and continue moving the Bixby Police Department in a positive direction."
