2. Does the City of Bixby have any Curfew Laws?

Yes. 

The curfew for individuals under 18 years of age is between 12 p.m. to 6 a.m., all nights of the week. 

There is a Park Curfew at City of Bixby owned or managed parks is between the hours of eleven thirty o’clock (11:30) P.M. and seven thirty o’clock (7:30) A.M., unless an earlier or later curfew is approved by the council or the city manager and is posted at the park area or facility. Lake Bixhoma Curfew is from ten o’clock (10:00) P.M. until six o’clock (6:00) A.M. of each day. 

3. Will Bixby Fire or Police Department assist me in the installation of my child car seat?

Yes, contact your nearest Fire Station to ensure a technician is on duty.

5. When should I call 911?

Call 911 immediately anytime there is an emergency or you feel your safety or health is threatened. If you have an issue that is not an emergency you may contact Bixby Fire Department at 918-366-0438 or the Bixby Police Department at 918-366-8294.

6. What are the operating hours?

Hours of Operations

Emergency 911, Communications and Patrol Division are Staffed 24 hours a day; 7 Days a week including holidays.

Animal Control, Records and other Divisions are generally staffed from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

8. How I do I find out if my dog or cat was impounded or picked up?

Contact the Bixby Communications at 918-366-8294. If your animal was being held you will have to contact with Court Clerks Office at 918-366-4430, Monday through Friday during regular business hours to obtain a release. You will have to have current proof of rabies vaccination from a certified veterinarian to obtain the release.

9. How do I find out if I or someone else has a warrant?

• You can contact the Municipal Court Clerk at 918-366-4430 during regular business hours.
• You can call the Bixby Communications at 918-366-8294 after hours.
• For Tulsa County charges contact the David Moss Correctional Center at 918-596-9222, ext. 2 then ext. 1.
• For arrests in Wagoner County, contact the Wagoner County Jail at 918-485-3124.

10. How do I get a watch order on my home or business?

Contact the Bixby Communications Division at 918-366-8294 or, complete our Watch Order Request online form.

11. How do I get a copy of a police or accident report?

Releasing of a any report is conducted by the Records Divisions, learn more by visiting the Records Division page.

12. How do I schedule getting fingerprinted at the Police Station?

The Bixby Police Department currently officers digital fingerprinting to the public. The cost for residents for $5 and $20 for non-residents. Contact the Communications Divisions at 918-366-8294 prior to coming to the station for this service.

13. How do I file a complaint against a Police Officer?

To file a complaint against a Police Officer or employee you may contact the Police Shift Supervisor at 918-366-8294 and they can help you with the complaint process. In addition you may download and complete the Formal Citizen Personnel Complaint Form (PDF) and turn it in at the Bixby Police Department:
